Heres some advice

It seems like a nice storyline, but sorta a rip off. I suggest you get a better story line, add some twists, and make original characters. I have the sheet with the guys you used. Try to use them as a base for your own kinds of characters. Also, you need to make it more smooth. Watch madness combat (5-8) and see that they are fast and smooth. Your guys are too stiff. Try to move the bodies more smoothly, and not too stuck together. Use proper hands (the hands for the guns were incorrect and the second guy had 2 right hands) and add better effects (like blood splurts and splats, gun shells, gun shots, etc...). If you watch tutorials too, you should get even better! If you follow these steps, you will get better. Regular madness animations use 33 fps. But, if it seems WAY too fast, feel free to lower the fps to whatever you like. I am making an animation, and 33 fps seemed a bit too fast for my animation, so i use 25 right now. Its smooth, but not perfect. I still have improvement, and you do too. PM me if you need help, or if you need a spritesheet. This animation was a good start, just look how krinkels started (marshmellow madness). You will definately get better.

Not good enough

Arms are too far from the body, horrible animation (needs to be faster and smoother) and you need to add a background, better effects, better wounds, more types of wounds (i have over 20 types of gun and melee wounds) and i suggest a tutorial.
Its a start though.
