You DON'T submit tests to NG. You really need to improve, add a story, etc...
Madness is hard to animate, despite the belief of others. Well, mostly hard if you actually take the time needed to create a great animation.
Try to improve.

Why the HELL!?!? Gay, unorganized, incorrect frame rate, un-smooth, short, etc...
Listen... search up some tutorials, PM me if you need advice, and learn how to animate before submitting.
Yeah... it's gonna be blammed. Just use the framerate of 28-33 (whatever works best for you) and 1 layer for each body part (Area, back hand for each character, feet for each character, body for each character, head for head character, front hand for each character and so on...). Just get some tutorials, find a good site with a good community based on madness (might just work. Feedback is the best without risk) or stop animating madness.

Here's whats wrong-
Incorrect sprites, incorrect sprite positioning, low fps (madness is usually 30-33), gay, wrong sounds, un-smooth, YOUR NAME (what the hell were you thinking?), and much much more. By the way, look up tutorials and there is usually a layer for each body part. Get help before you submit...
